Error message: You do not have permission to preview drafts

Two days ago when I tried to preview a page, a message appeared “You do not have permission to preview drafts”. I tried some other pages and the same message appeared. Just an hour ago preview was working fine.
After searching the forum I cleared Mozilla and chrome Cache , I restarted my PC , I used two other PC’s but I had the same results.
OS to all PC’s is XP Pro SP3. The third PC had a brand new installation of XP, Mozilla and Chrome.
I found a temporary solution to the problem.
Before beginning to edit a page pressing the edit button, I press the View button. Then I press the edit button and then preview works fine. But the next time I login I have the same problem again.
The url’s are: http://elepa.me/ and http://optiki.wordpress.com/
I would like to see a Solution because the problem is very annoying.

There was a temporary issue between April 11-12 which caused this preview error, but my understanding is that it should no longer be happening.
Could you please clarify whether you’re still seeing this error now? Thanks very much.

Yes the problem still exists. So I made some tests.
Test_1. I . I go to wordpress.com , Log in, Then I go to “my blogs”, “All pages”, I select a page, “Edit”, “Preview”, and I take the error message.
Test_2. I go to wordpress.com , Log in. Then I open a new tab and I visit my site http://elepa.me. I visit the page that I want to edit. Since I am logged in, I see the edit button at the bottom of the page. I use that button and then I “preview”. I DON’T HAVE THE ERROR using that method. I hope that this will help you to find out what is happening. Thank you very much for your time. -
Thank you very much for providing these steps – I’ve been able to replicate the issue here. I will bring it to our developers so they can have a look.

A workaround in the meantime is to navigate to your site’s dashboard directly, bypassing My Blogs:

Hi Rina, You’ve reached support for the free blogs hosted at WordPress.com. The site you’ve indicated is running a self-hosted/installed version of WordPress (using the free WordPress.org software).
To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities.
