  How can I save all my changes? Everytime I try it it doesn’t work. Do I need installing something else to run my blog?

  Please post the error message you are receiving.
  Which browser and version of it are you using?
  Have you tried logging out, clearing your browser cache and cookies and then logging in again?

  Setting that aside, you do appear to be posting to the wrong support forum. I think you ought to be posting to http://wordpress.ORG/support but as you have failed to provide a link to the blog in question we cannot confirm that.
