  I apologize for the troubles and I’d like to help.

  When I visit your dashboard directly, it loads fine. However, when I visit your custom domain associated with that site, I see this error:

  

  According to this public search, your domain is no longer pointing to WordPress.com, but to HostGator:

  http://who.is/whois/lorealprofessionalcare.com

  I’d recommend contacting your hosting provider at HostGator for assistance, or adjusting your domain’s name servers back to WordPress.com if you still intend to use WordPress.com’s services.
