  I’m trying to access my blog netbusinessathome.com and get the following error message Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘[‘ in /home/content/90/9846090/html/wp-content/plugins/captainform/includes/wp-posts.php on line 304 how do i fix this?

  I have installed WPtouch but I get this error message
  WPtouch: WP Super Cache needs to be configured to work correctly with WPtouch.
  I have gone to there help site but all the instructions are gooblygook to me. please help?
