I am trying to pay for another year of service on the Personal Plan, but I get error messages saying ‘Sorry, you can’t purchase another Akismet Personal or Free plan’
My account was supposed to renew on January 11, but it didn’t.

I understand your concern about renewing your Akismet Personal Plan, but it seems like there might be an issue with the billing on Akismet’s end. Akismet is actually included for free with all sites hosted on WordPress.com, so we do not have access to their billing.
