  I currently don’t see a header image on your above site, so have you resolved this? If not, please take a screenshot and upload it to your media library for Staff or let us know what the error message says.

  WordPress comes in 2 flavors: the fully hosted WordPressdotcom (where we are ) and the open source WP (org) project at https://wordpress.org This support guide explains some of the differences between them: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  You can find all the support information for sites using the WP (org) software at https://codex.wordpress.org/Main_Page and at https://wordpress.org/support/ If you don’t have a username on the ORG forums, you can register one on that page.

  You can get assistance on this issue with your theme’s author as well.
