  I cant’t access my admin page or even the cpanel. keep getting error message! tried resetting password. Didn’t work.

  Contact your host(Bluehost) to get cPanel credentials to reset your password manually.
  You can follow these Articles to reset your password using phpMyAdmin once you get access to your cPanel.
