I have tried everything I can think of and still I get this error: Error: Not a valid Facebook Page url. Does anyone know how I can get my Facebook link to load onto my WordPress blog?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You are asking the reverse of what can be done. You can auto post links to your posts and to Facebook and to other social networks by using Publicize https://en.support.wordpress.com/publicize/
Facebook Profiles & Pages https://en.support.wordpress.com/publicize/#facebook-profiles-pages -
For full Facebook integration go to: https://en.support.wordpress.com/facebook-integration/
If you have a Facebook Page (not just a profile) http://www.facebook.com/help/?faq=174987089221178, you can add the Facebook Page Plugin to your sidebar or other widget area simply by adding the Facebook Page Plugin from Appearance → Widgets in your blog’s Dashboard.

I also see that the theme on the site at http://somesmartcookle.wordpress.com/ is Mystique and it is an older retired theme. Retired themes do not support all wordpress.COM features, therefore, the recommendation is to switch themes and that’s easy to do.
The only themes we can use on WordPress.com hosted blogs are licensed and adapted to run on our multiuser software the themes are found here http://wordpress.com/themes/ and in your dashboard at > Appearance > Themes
See: http://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/adding-new-themes/Themes are just “skins” on WordPress.COM hosted blogs. You can quickly and easily change themes on any WordPress.COM hosted blog to another one found here http://wordpress.com/themes/ and no data will be lost or negatively affected by the change. The only time you may have to do some work is if you are changing to a dramatically different theme and have done any CSS editing.
Provided you are logged in as Admin under the same username account that registered the blog go to Dashboard > Appearance > Themes, Browse themes until you find one you like and click the “activate” or the “preview” link, or type in the name of the theme you want to use when it appears.
The theme customizer https://en.support.wordpress.com/customizer/ provides a preview function for exactly that purpose ie. so you can view what a theme will appear like prior to changing one.
Perhaps browsing one of these themes will inspire you:
