Error “Not enough data to create this user” creating a Customer

    Hi,

    I am trying to create a WooCommerce Customer via the APIs but keep getting this error no matter what I do:

    {“code”:”empty_data”,”message”:”Not enough data to create this user.”,”data”:{“status”:400}}

    Note that the exact same call works fine on a different WooCommerce site running the same version of WooCommerce and WordPress.
