Error notices with multiple text boxes each containing Contact Forms

I wish to add multiple email address contacts on our ‘Contact Page’. I have read and followed the follwing instructions in your support material: Each post, page, and text widget will only display one contact form. You can have multiple contact forms in the sidebar by using multiple text widgets.
I have done this but when I send an email to one of the contacts (it does not matter which) I’m getting error notices in all the text box Contact Forms. Please go to http://stsaviourslewisham.wordpress.com/contact-us to see what I mean. At the moment all the email addresses are my own for test purposes so you can check it out without bothering the real contacts! Thanks for your help.

It looks like you’re now placing one contact form per page.

Hi Chris, thanks for your message. I had to find a solution and I thought this would be a way around the problem and it has worked well. Using the widgets was not working for me – as soon as I used a widget I experienced the error messages.

you will see what has happened. I have added a text widget to our own blog with a contact form in it. If I use the widget to send an email alongside the page with another contact form there the error messages appear. However, if I use the widget alongside one of our other pages that does not happen.

I just sent a test through the main form on the page, and saw the requirement error on the widget.
Did the test make it through?

Thanks for looking into this. I did not get a message from macmanx but I have received a test message from ‘james’.
However, I have just tested it again myself and the same thing is happening. If I use the text widget to send an email alongside any of the pages on our blog EXCEPT the Contact Us page (which has a Custom Form on it), it works fine. However, as soon as I use it alongside the Contact Us page I get the error notices and do not receive the test message. I have now added another text widget in the Footer Area and you will see that one gets the error messages all the time. -
Okay, the issue with the contact page is that the multiple forms loading on one page are causing issues. The form in the footer and the one in the page are conflicting with one another.
This is an issue that we’re aware of and have on our radar to fix but don’t have a timeline for fixing right now.
