error number 499@…

  Hi,

  I got this when I want to save my post:

  Dagnabit! There’s been an error. Please contact support@wordpress.com with your blog address, and report this completely incomprehensible phrase: “error number (email visible only to moderators and staff)” (which means something to somebody, promise!)

  It happens to all blogs that connected to my profiles.

  I tried to send email to support@wordpress.com, but I haven’t get any response yet.

  I tried to go to http://wordpress.com/contact-support/, but it said Support Temporarily Closed.

  My primary blog is : http://rinividivici.wordpress.com

  What should I do? I really need some help.

  You need to wait for a response from staff. They are the ones who can fix this. I don’t know if there’s anyone on duty right now, but Mark should be checking things in a couple of hours and he will get on it. Send him all the info that you’ve put above, unless you already put it in your email to Support.
