Error on contact us page

    Hello

    I am trying to edit and add a form created with WP Forms to my contact us page, but each time I do this, it doesn’t appear, and now I have the below error when trying to edit the page using elementor.

    Can you please advise how I can sort this?

    Hi there,

    Using a plugin on WordPress.com requires our Business Plan, so I assume you’re not speaking of your free site at http://wantvacouk.wordpress.com/site, but of a stand-alone WordPress site hosted at another provider.

    Please contact support for the WP Forms plugin you’re using directly for help with this.
