Error on domain setup and can’t log in to website
-
I bought this business pyramid lake guides from nick and Julie jackson 2 years ago.. I have been using there username and password and never changed it. About a month and a half ago I went to log in to my website and it wouldn’t take the username and password.. I spoke with nick Jackson and he helped me switch everything over to my email and username and passwords.. I still can’t log into my website. I then learned they bought the domain from namecheap.com and that in order to fix the error in the domain set up that I needed to update the name servers with namecheap. Nick and Julie are going through a divorce and Julie is unwilling to provide me with the name cheap login and password and namecheap will not help me.. what can I do to fix this?

Hello! 👋🏼
I checked your site, and it looks like it is a self-hosted WordPress site, not hosted on WordPress.com (you can read about the differences here: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/). You can find more details on your hosting provider here: https://whohosts.pro/pyramidlakeguides.com
💡 Please note — this forum is for WordPress.com sites, and we can’t provide help for self-hosted WordPress sites.
I suggest asking your question in the WordPress.org support forum:
There is an excellent community of WordPress.org users who can help you.
Additionally, you should resolve the ownership dispute with the previous account owners — WordPress.com, or any other hosting provider does not provide legal services.
