Error on my site

    Good morning. I have encountered a problem with my blog several times. When I try to access the ‘Stats’ page, the pages freezes and then this error message appears: ‘Oh no! Chrome cannot load this page.’ I’m not sure what to do about this and I was unable to find more information. Thank you so much for your help! -Kate Villa

    Hi there,

    First please try clearing your browser cache and cookies:

    Browser Issues

    If that does not work, please try loading that page in an incognito window in Chrome. If incognito works, the problem is most likely with a browser add-on.

    This can also be a connection issue, so please try unplugging your modem/router for a few seconds to reset it.
