Error on refund

    I messed up and ordered the premium package when what I really needed was just to install the free thing on my own servers. Now when I try to do the refund I’m getting the following error: http://screencast.com/t/pTySDQEn Only the link doesn’t take me to a contact page it takes me to a page that allows me to search their guides. That’s so not helpful in this case.

    I need to talk to someone that actually works at wordpress to get this resolved, and I’m absolutely livid that it is so difficult to get in touch with them. Where do I file a support ticket?

    WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.

    Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrades, you can request a refund yourself directly from the Store section of your Dashboard, and also request a refund and disable auto-renew there.

    Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.
