Error on site This webpage has a redirect loop
-
I have built a blog http://www.aokpropertyservices.wordpress.com.
I have a domain name with crazy domains -> http://www.aokpropertyservices.com
I have changed the DNS servers in crazy domains to the 3 provided by wordpress.com
But when I log into wordpress to do work on my blog I get this error when I click on the blog to visit it:
This webpage has a redirect loop
Thanks
AOKThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

AOK, everything seems to be working well now with your domain mapping. Can you confirm?
It can take up to 72-hours for changes to your name servers take effect. I suspect that’s why you saw the redirect loop.
Thanks very much!

Yes thanks – it all seems to be working now!
But there is still something weird happening.
When I log into WordPress.com and click on my blog to see it – there are no editing buttons now .
I can’t edit from the front of the website – I have to go back into dashboard for the WordPress.com main screen and get into the editing area from there.
Thanks for the help.

Hiya! Are you logged into your WordPress.com account when you look at your site in the browser?
-
Yes I am logged into my wordpress.com account.
But when I click on the blog to view it – all the editing buttons etc disappear.
I have to click the back arrow to go back and then click dashboard under the blog to access pages etc.

Try a couple things for me, and let me know what happens:
1. Log into your WordPress.com account in either Firefox or Safari (extra credit for both!). Then, check out your blog in those browsers and let me know if the same thing occurs.
2. If you can see your edit links in the alternative browsers, return to Chrome and log out of your WordPress.com account. Then, clear your cache and cookies:
Once you’ve done that, go back to WordPress.com and log in. Open your site in your browser.
Please let me know the result. Thanks much!
