    I am reaching out on behalf of our client. We are receiving an error

    Error Code:
    The owner of (name of the site) has configured their website improperly. To protect your information from being stolen, Firefox has not connected to this website.

    can you provide us your direct support contact for us to check on this with you? We are unable to get to www.(client site name)/wp-admin, we are having issues on it

    Your client seems to have a self-hosted WordPress website. Please mention its URL.

    We’re only able to help with the websites hosted on WordPress.com.
