ERROR on WordPress dashboard

  I’m on a self-hosted WordPress site. I was saving a post as a draft when my screen gave me an error: “ERROR: Cookies are blocked due to unexpected output. For help, please see this documentation or try the support forums.” So here I am. Now, I can’t get onto my dashboard at all. All I see is a blank white screen. I’ve already cleared my cache and that didn’t help. HELP!
