Error on wp-admin page. Login form not appearing.

  I am trying to login to my website using the wp-admin however there are few errors showing up on the page with not login form appearing on the page. We are not sure why this is happening and would be grateful if this can be resolved. Attached below is the screenshot for our website: https://www.teluguassociationcalgary.ca/wp-admin/

  We can’t help as that site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform. FYI: your login page at https://www.teluguassociationcalgary.ca/wp-login.php show fine to me.

  As the problem is located in the smartslider 3, you must contact their support.
