Error Page – With Debug Info

I’ve been working on a friend’s server (old 32bit computer). It is running Gentoo (hard to find anything that’ll run on 32bit anymore), everything has been working great except, I have not been able to get WordPress to play nice. I did get OwnCloud to work however, and it uses a lot of php also.
When I start a fresh install, setup database, username, password, click next, and it gives me the white page of death.
I went in and enabled debugging, and it gives me the info on the white screen of death. I saw a lot on there for php, so I went and checked that. I did an index.php page and it showed php working fine (php7.4).
I do not have physical access to the computer, so everything is done ssh/bash.
