Error ‘Paid in Full’

Lately, my customers click on the email link to pay their balance and it only accepts the deposit amount and send them an email saying ‘Paid in Full.’ How can we correct this?

On what site are you working? The account you’re using to post here does not own any sites on WordPress.com.
