    Hi there! I’m able to check your WordPress.com account and confirm that it looks fine from our end; but I do see the payment issues you’re having. We unfortunately get very limited information on why those might happen, but generally if a refusal happens, then it’s likely to be coming from your bank/card provider, more in order to protect you than anything.

    Does your card require additional authentication, for example, do you need to approve the transaction by SMS or your banking app? It could be worth checking to make sure that your card doesn’t require you to manually approve a purchase via the internet, in case that’s what is blocking you!
