    I keep receiving the message Please Check your primary site’s jetpack connection wp-admin. I posted on here about this problem last week and received an email saying they couldn’t find the problem. I cannot open anything on my website. Site is http://www.saxtonlibrary.org I cannot open anything or update anything.

    I forgot to mention, but I did chat with one of our Happiness Engineers in business site support, and they confirmed that there were no errors they could see. They recommended that you try:

    1. Log out of wp.com, clear cache and cookies in browser, then restart your browser and see if there is still an issue.
    2. Check third-party cookies in your browser preferences as well to make sure they are allowed
