  I do not have any active site right now and I keep receiving the error. Therefore not able to setup a new site. Please help me resolving the issue.

  It sounds like the Jetpack plugin wasn’t disabled correctly. We can fix that. Please confirm that the error is happening for blog.afferve.com or is it a different site?
