Error ‘Please check your Primary Site’s Jetpack connection’

I keep getting an error to check my Primary Site’s Jetpack connection and each time I try to connect it just give me a blank screen. Please help.

It looks like Jetpack is out of date on your site.
Please try updating it to 10.6 from the Plugins section of your site’s Dashboard.

Thank you for your response. I bought the new jetpack update but I still am not able to login to the site. What else can be done? Is there a way I can call you all or how I can apply the license for jetpack plugin to the site.
