  Hello. I’d like to buy a business plan for my website, but after filling my credit card information, my purchases suddenly disabled, and when I want to set up my payment method, it says ‘Error preparing new payment method configuration. Please contact support quoting error HYMNCA.’

  Is there anything I can do to continue my purchase?

  The site I need help with is sifamisulbagtara.wordpress.com.
