  Hi there,

  I am not seeing any credit card charge attempts in our system from under this account. However, usually with that error, your financial institution is rejecting the attempts, for a specific reason. We’re not able to see the reason why on this end.

  Are you attempting this transaction outside of the country from where your credit card is authorized? That is usually a common reason for this particular error. You’ll want to reach out to your financial institution to find out what is preventing the purchase, as they should be able to get it all cleared up.
