Error: Privileges to access the dashboard for "global dashboard"

  I am the sole owner, writer, and administrator of my blog in wordpress. I am trying to enable publicize with facebook, when I follow the link to authorize connection with facebook, I get the following error:

  Error Accessing Dashboard

  You are logged in as “adcitlali” and do not not have the necessary privileges to access the dashboard for “Global Dashboard”. Please ask an administrator of the site to invite you.
