Error reference: 165946027/intermittent

  Hello, I can’t get into my site and was alerted by JetPack. They said it was Error reference: 165946027/intermittent
  Can you please advise? Thank you.

  Sorry for the 2nd request, but I thought maybe I didn’t give enough info on the first. I can’t get into my dashboard, site or anything. Jetpack alerted me that it’s a Error reference: 165946027/intermittent. I don’t have a clue what to do especially since I can’t even get into dashboard.

  Please don’t open new support threads. I’ve merged the second one you opened into this one. Also, this is the support forum for sites hosted here at WordPress.com – but I’ll point you in the right direction.

  Jetpack Monitor is only a service that alerts you whether or not your site is down or slow to load when they check. Jetpack doesn’t have any ability or capability to fix problems with your site being down when they occur or indicate exactly what the problem might be.

  Based on the 165946027 reference number – intermittent means their request timed out without a response after 10 seconds.

  This is an instance where your site may actually be loading, just really slow. If your site is on a shared hosting server and another site on the server is using too many resources, it could cause your sites on the server to respond slowly.

  You should reach out to your host for help with this issue. Since they’re hosting your site’s files, they also have access to those files and are the best ones to help you with this issue. It looks like your site is hosted at Bluehost and you can reach their support here:
