  Hi,
  Our WordPress website is down. We cannot connect to our website as well as to the WordPress back office.
  We started by updating the PHP version into the latest one. It worked well. Then, we installed ‘Redis’, then the ‘W3 Total Cache’ plugin. Finally, we ran some test on it and we got disconnected with the following message error: ‘Error Message: Jetpack can’t communicate with your site because your site isn’t responding to requests.’. In addition, we’ve received an email from JetPack with the following error reference: 195807560/intermittent.
