I tried to register for 3 times and after I finish to fill the info and the card info and press register it gave me error and it discount 1.00 $ in each time it means 3.00$ until now , so please what happens?? please help

I’m not aware of any $1-$3 discounts for WordPress.com.
After looking into your account, I found that there were no attempted transactions on your account meaning that it was most likely rejected by the bank beforehand. Can you please contact your bank and see if there are any blocks on your card?

it ‘s n’t this account “mohhad” I try to create a new one I fill the mail, user name , and i pick the domain “it-511.com and chose the Premium. then the moved to the next page to fill the card info when i finish and pressed buy it returned me to the first page where I fill my info and said there is some error try again, I tried 3 times the same and discount 3 $
