Error removing a user

  I tried to remove a site admin from our page and attribute all of his content to myself (I am the only admin now), and I get an error message.

  That person is listed as the site’s owner, so first they’ll need to transfer ownership of the site to someone else by following the steps at https://wordpress.com/support/transferring-a-site-to-another-wordpress-com-account/
