Error robots.txt in Google Webmaster

  I’m using Blog https://dungcuvesinhlaptop.wordpress.com/
  I have add to Google Webmaster, but Google Webmaster warning robots.txt file.
  Please see,

  and different, that good

  What is problem? And fix it, help me!
