Error said my payment didn’t go through was charged three times

I entered card information to create my domain and had an error three different times all three said I hadn’t been charged and payment hadn’t gone through. My bank account is reflecting three charges but my website is still showing the base subscription so I cannot access live chat

The transaction ID needed will be on your bank statement as
