error saving attachment

    trying to upload (word compatible) document from my desktop to media but keep getting above error message.
    I have tried it in firefox and safari with same result.
    I am on a Mac with the latest os.

    I just tested uploading a PDF to your media library and I did not receive an error message.

    What type of document are you trying to upload? Please note that you can only upload these specific file types: jpg, jpeg, png, gif, pdf, doc, ppt, odt, pptx, docx, pps, ppsx, xls, xlsx.
