Error shown while trying to update footer.php on self-hosted WordPress

  I’m trying to update footer.php just to remove an image.

  However, I’m getting the following error and I wonder If I can workaround it without actually updating and replacing the file by using SFTP.

  By the way I can’t see any logs because I only have access to the admin console and not the underlying servers.

  However, I can request another team to check logs or additional details.

  

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
