  I’m trying to get help for one of my purchased plugins on Woocommerce.com but keep getting this error message and no e-mail is getting received in any inbox:

  In order to access this section of your account please verify your email address.

  Hi there,

  It looks like your WordPress.com account was verified only a few minutes before you created this forum post.

  If you still see that notice on WooCommerce.com, log out of your account and clear your browser cookies for both WordPress.com and WooCommerce.com. Then log back in, and you should be able to open a support ticket at https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/
