    When I am clicking on ‘Add a new post’, I am getting the error mentioned below.

    I am trying to write a new post in Chrome browser, I tried Mozilla & Internet explorer. Same issue is coming.
    I tried deleting caches and browsing history as well, still same issue.

    If you’re using an antivirus or security software temporarily disable it and see if the issue is resolved. Some antivirus softwares are known to interfere with code that runs in the browser.

    I tried disabling windows defender.
    For few seconds it shows the page to write a new post then suddenly again same error pops up.

  • Hmm, it looks like the site you mentioned used to have plan Business, but it expired. This might be causing issues, as the plan was not completely removed.
    Re-purchasing plan Business should help with that.

    If you want to downgrade to free or any other plan, the site would have to be reverted to the state before the first plugin/theme was installed. Since another account owns that site, we would need confirmation from them before proceeding.
    Reverting a site can cause content loss, so we recommend creating a backup first.

    But I am able to create a new post using my mobile phone android WordPress app. Do you know the reason why?

    I will discuss regarding the plan thing with the owner of this site.

  • Hmm, I’m not sure about that, but I still think it’s important to address the plan downgrading/upgrading first, as it’s likely involved in this issue.

    If, even after solving this, the error persists, we’ll take a closer look.
