  Hi everyone, I am getting this feedback from my WordPress website health check, * Error The required module, gd, is not installed, or has been disabled *. I have watched some videos on youtube and I’ve noticed some people fix this problem within their Cpanel, considering that I am not a techie person, should I contact my hosting provider? many thanks in advance!

  Hello,

  Yes contact your hosting provider for more adequate support.

  If you’re getting that error you’re not running the WordPress.com platform but its using the open-source WordPress.org platform. Since the platforms are different you’ll get more adequate help at their support forums:
