Error: The service is unavailable.

    When I try to log-in to the back-end of my site, I can successfully enter the log-in ID and password, but then just get an error screen that says:

    The service is unavailable.

    This morning, I updated the following just before this error message started showing up:

    W3 Total Cache
    You have version 0.9.1.3 installed. Update to 0.9.2.

    Has anyone seen this before? And know how to fix it?
