I just downloaded a template website using Starter Sites. However, when I try to access this template website in order to edit, I get a page that says ‘THIS PAGE DOESN’T SEEM TO EXIST.
It looks like the link pointing here was faulty. Maybe try searching?’ What could be causing this error.Self-declared URL: Sanmatteodc.com

Sanmatteodc.com uses open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org), whereas this forum deals with sites hosted through WordPress.com.
The WordPress.com and WordPress.org sites are completely different: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org
