Error to refund domain that I bought not more than 48 hours

  Hello, I tried to cancel and refund the domain “vitaminshoppeblog.com” that I purchased (total 26$ because I also add the security thingy which cost me another 8$) yesterday which is not more than 48 hours, and they send the confirmation message to my email, so I clicked the confirmation button, but then it shows this ‘An error occurred while refunding your upgrade. Please contact support’. so, i try this several times. Please help me :(

  I’m sorry about the message! The refund and cancellation did go through and you should see the charge returned to your PayPal account shortly.
