Error – Transfer Domain to Another Registrar

  Hi all, I read the WordPress guide for how to transfer my domain, but when I follow the instructions there is *no* option to ‘Transfer to another registrar.’ I only see two options: Transfer ‘To another user’ or ‘To another WordPress.com site’. I don’t see a Transfer lock toggle or an authorization code. I paid for the domain via WordPress. How do I transfer to another registrar?
