Error transferring domain from WordPress (Wild West) to Bluehost. SOS!

  I am trying to transfer my domain (www.uberearth.com) from WordPress (via Wild West) to Bluehost. When I began, I hadn’t authenticated my email address on my WordPress account. I later did this but am still having problems transferring the domain.

  I have unlocked the domain for transfer and a transfer code has been sent to my registered (and now authenticated) email.

  I have typed that transfer code into Bluehost.

  WordPress has given me an ‘accept transfer’ button, which I have pressed and a message has been displayed saying ‘sorry to see you go’.

  BUT Bluehost is displaying error message: Verify email- step 2 of 4. ERROR. The domain Uberearth,com is ready for transfer, but we are unable to obtain the information from the whois server.

  Someone please help, this is sending me crazy!

  I just looked up your domain’s WHOIS information, and it seems that your domain is with BlueHost now:
  http://whois.domaintools.com/uberearth.com

  Are you still facing any problems with the process?

  Uberearth, how did you get the domain unlocked and the EPP authorization code from Wild West? I am struggling with it right now, help!
