Hey Michael,
Would you like me to disconnect the Jetpack site blog.castsoftware.com from your account? Let me know!
Once I do that, you can log into the Dashboard of the correct self-hosted site. There, you’ll have the option to connect Jetpack to your account here.
Hope this helps. Let me know if I can answer anything else for you. Thanks!

Hey,
thanks for replying back to me so quickly.
In fact I don’t want to disconnect what has been set a couple of month ago for “blog.castsoftware.com”
I just want to attach “ontechnicaldebt.com”, one site I manage, to my account.
With the upgrade I did today, I’ve 2 new domains linked to my account but none of them is correct… ontechnicaldebtdotcom.wordpress.com and ontechnicaldebt.wordpress.comHow is it possible to get rid of those wrong domain and set a correct info for the one I want to add?
if the cancellation of my update request is the most appropriate, please do so.thanks

Michael,
I see! Those sites you mentioned are WordPress.com sites. If you don’t need them, they can be freed up. Here are the instructions:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/#permanently-deleting-your-sitePlease know that this action is permanent and once a WordPress.com site has been deleted, it cannot be retrieved.
I just want to attach “ontechnicaldebt.com”, one site I manage, to my account.
You will have to do that through your self-hosted site’s Dashboard. You won’t log into that here. Instead, you’ll do so here:
http://www.ontechnicaldebt.com/wp-adminI cannot help you with that side of things, as I have no access at all to your new server or files. If you have trouble logging in at all, you can ask your site’s web host for assistance. Once you are able to log into your Dashboard, if you have Jetpack installed, you will be prompted to connect your site to your WordPress.com account. If you don’t have it installed you can download it here:
http://jetpack.me/Let me know how this goes and how else I can help. Thanks!

Thanks,
it helped me a lot !!!
Now what about the refund of my domain registration I’ve done yesterday?
Regards

Hey Michael!
I don’t see a domain registration listed on your account. I do see domain mapping for ontechnicaldebt.com, however. This is connecting ontechnicaldebt.com (registered with gandi.net) to your WordPress.com site, ontechnicaldebtdotcom.wordpress.com.
I see you’ve deleted the site, so I’m assuming it’s all right for me to cancel the domain mapping, and issue a refund? Please send me a confirmation of this fact, and I’ll go ahead and do that for you.
Looking forward to hearing from you. Thanks very much.

you are right.
All my WP instances are registered outside and I don’t need this domain mapping anymore.
Please proceed with the refund process.
Thanks for your help.

Excellent. Thanks for the confirmation, Michael!
I’ve canceled the domain mapping, and issue you a refund.
If you have any other concerns, let me know. Thanks much!
