Error Unable to create directory wp-content/uploads.

    So I have WordPress installed on a VM in Azure but I can’t upload any Themes. I go to Appearance – Themes – Upload Theme. I attach the .zip file and receive this error “Unable to create directory wp-content/uploads/2024/02. Is its parent directory writable by the server”. I’ve followed several articles but nothing fixes the issue. What else can I try to be able to upload themes. the “uploads” directory did not even exist. I had to manually add it.
