Error uploading images: 'This file type is not allowed. Please try another.'

  In the past, I have been able to upload images just fine. Suddenly, I am getting this error message regarding files of the .jpg and .png type: ‘This file type is not allowed. Please try another.’

  I am an admin, and other admins at our organization are encountering the same error. Please advise. http://www.fasttestweb.com/wp-admin/upload.php
