Error Uploading Theme

  Hi,
  I hoping for some direction.
  I have been attempting to install the Divi them into my WordPress site however I continually the following error:

  It looks like the webpage at https://design386218800.wpcomstaging.com/wp-admin/update.php?action=upload-theme might be having issues, or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.

  I have broadly searched the website for some solutions that include, clearing the cache and attempting to install from the both the desktop/web apps but with the same result.

  Any help is greatly appreciated.

  You can’t upload a theme on the wordpress.com platform unless you upgrade to the Business Plan.
