Please help – time to time – not every time, but at least 15 minutes an hour, cannot open my homepage https://mypocketcookbook.wordpress.com/ with the following error:
This site can’t provide a secure connectionmypocketcookbook.wordpress.com sent an invalid response.
Try running Windows Network Diagnostics.
ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERRORThe same error reports my subscribers..
Chrome, last version, cache and cookies deleted, ad-block stopped, JavaScript enabled.
The same situation in Microsoft Edge.

That the main problem.. Sometime it work, sometime not., and I cannot find what does it depend on.. And when site is down, WordPress PC app also not working with the following error:
Uh oh!
WordPress.com ran into an error! (code 107)
Try againProxy not used.
And site can rise up some time in 30, sometime in 5 minutes..
Any suggestions? -

This error suggests a network issue. Please restart your router or try a different internet connection.
Oh, and make sure that your computer’s clock is set up correctly.

I am wondering if this is an Internet Service Provider issue, especially since it is intermittent. Have you been able to replicate this issue on a different computer and/or mobile device?
When you say
other sites opens with errorsare you referring to other WordPress.com sites or other sites in general? If the latter, I would visit other WordPress.com hosted sites and see if this error pops up for you.Also, how long has this been an issue?

it is not Internet Service Provider issue.. For example half an hour ago I cannot open site from App, Chrome, Opera and Firefox, but can open from other computer and mobile phone.
For this moment I CAN open it from App, Chrome and Opera, but CANNOT in Firefox with the following messageSecure Connection Failed
An error occurred during a connection to mypocketcookbook.wordpress.com. Peer received a valid certificate, but access was denied.
Error code: SSL_ERROR_ACCESS_DENIED_ALERT

This for sure is a strange issue, and one we’re unable to replicate.
Can you tell us more about how you’re viewing the site please? For instance, are you viewing this via WordPress.com, are you searching for site via Google or clicking on a saved bookmarked link?
Can you also tell us if you’re using any sort of VPN?
Lastly, although you’re confident this isn’t a network issue, can you tell me if this is happening via a different connection (tethering off of a phone using data for example.)

Usually I use vpn for to work remotely. But I’ve asked my wife and son to monitor how site opens without vpn in different browsers, and results are the same..
I use saved bookmarked link to open site in browser, also application for windows, release 7.1.0.Today I used site from computer (win 10) connected to mobile network, and site works without errors..

Okay, to confirm:
– The issue still persists with or without the VPN on multiple browsers and you also received errors on multiple devices – and the error at different times on different devices not all at the same time. To confirm, all the devices were on the same network as well?
– Since you said that the issue usually occurs intermittently (~15 minutes out of every hour), would you say you were on the mobile network long enough to confirm that there were no errors for the length you would normally see them occur?

– I was on mobile network near an hour, no errors -
Now I on my home network, without vpn, site was working first, but failed with error in 15 min.
Will check in 15 min again..
For test I just trying to open site from bookmark. -
Below is the spot checking, without vpn, open site from bookmark, Chrome (Minsk time):
17:25 – site opened without errors
17:31 – site is down
17:43 – site opened without errors
17:50 – site is down
17:55 – site is down
18:02 – site is down
18:09 – site is down
18:12 – site opened without errors
18:44 – site opened without errors
18:48 – site is downThis is definitely not provider or network problem – all this time I’m surfing foreign and local sites and listening music from Spotify without any problems..

Can you try a trace route while the site is erroring out, just to see if there is some underlying connection problem?

The fact that it’s working sometimes and not others, without any changes on your side or on ours, does suggest a problem with connectivity, since the connection is the only thing that’s constantly changing a little.
Unless you’re always getting the error on a specific page of your site when the rest is fine, but it doesn’t sound like that is the issue here.
