Error visual text editor

    My blog is a wordpress installed and hosted in a server.
    In my visual text editor, The pointer is small and the text written is appearing very small (unreadable) for each new entry.
    How I can change this size?
    I copy from the originals files of instalation to the dossier wordpress/blog:
    – style.css (content)
    – wp-admin.css
    – post.php and others files php
    But The visual text is showing and writting in a very small font.
    What Can I modify? witch file ?
